Share your unique referral link with eligible educators in the UK to earn rewards when they join and complete shifts. Referrals must be new to Zen Educate and meet the programme criteria in our Terms & Conditions
How do I refer someone to Zen?
Share your unique referral link with eligible educators - teachers, teaching assistants, or support staff - who are new to Zen Educate and based in the UK.
Where can I find my referral link?
Your unique referral link is on the home screen of the Zen Educate app. You can easily copy it and share via WhatsApp, text, or social media.
Who can participate?
You can refer someone if you’re UK-based, at least 18 years old, and not referring yourself. The person you refer must also be UK-based, eligible to work in the UK, and completely new to Zen Educate. Referral links or forms cannot be applied retroactively.
What makes a referral successful?
Your referral counts as successful when the person you refer applies using your link, is hired by Zen Educate, and completes 10 full working shifts within three months of joining (school holidays are excluded).
What rewards can I earn?
Once your referral is successful:
- Teachers: You and the person you refer each earn up to £100
- Teaching Assistants: You and the person you refer each earn up to £50
Additional conditions
- Only the first referrer linked to a successful hire will receive the reward.
- People who have applied to Zen Educate before receiving a referral link cannot be referred.
Zen Educate can amend, pause, or end the programme at any time.
Payment terms
Rewards are gross amounts, subject to tax and National Insurance. If you’re currently working with Zen Educate, the reward will be paid through payroll. If not, we’ll issue it via an alternative method, such as a gift voucher.
