Refer a friend and earn
If you know a teacher or teaching assistant who would be a great fit for Zen Educate, you can refer them and earn a reward when they complete their first 10 working days.
How it works
- Get your unique link: Find your personal referral link on the home page of your app, or tap More → Referrals.
- Share it: Send your link to an educator who has not previously worked with Zen Educate
- They sign up: Your referral must register using your unique link for the referral to be tracked
- You both get rewarded: Once your referral completes 10 full working days with Zen Educate, you both receive a payment via payroll.
What you earn

Rewards are paid as gross pay through your usual payroll, so they will be subject to tax and National Insurance in the normal way.
If you are no longer working with Zen Educate when the reward is due, it will be issued via an alternative method such as a gift voucher.
Important things to know
- Your unique link must be used. If your referral signs up without using your link, the referral cannot be tracked and no reward will be issued.
- Your referral must be new to Zen Educate. Anyone with a prior work history is not eligible.
- Your referral has 3 months to complete their 10 working days from the date they become compliant on the platform. School holiday periods do not count towards this time, as schools are closed and bookings cannot be made.
- There is no limit to how many people you can refer - you can keep earning with every successful referral.
Where to find your referral link
On your app homepage or go to More in the bottom navigation bar and tap Referrals. Your unique link will be shown there ready to share.
