Timesheets

You can view your timesheets by heading to the Calendar tab of the Zen app. This will display all bookings for the selected week, including rates and hours.

Reviewing Your Timesheets

Each week, please make sure to check that your timesheet matches the hours and days you have worked; this will also be shared with the school. Should the school make any changes to your timesheet - if your hours changed for instance - this update will be displayed in your app, and you will receive an email.

You will also receive a weekly summary email on Friday morning summarising your timesheets for this week. If everything looks correct, then you don't need to do anything!

What should I do if my timesheet is incorrect? 

If something does not look right on your timesheet, please be sure to contact us at timesheets@zeneducate.com and we will reach out to the school to fix this.

Please note that we will always try to get any errors amended as soon as possible, but this will usually require confirmation from the relevant school.
