Using the SCR Tracker View

The SCR Tracker shows all the vetting checks that is required for your school. You will be able to identify any gaps easily and view what specific checks are complete, incomplete, not required or that needs action.

Complete: The check is fully complete and compliant. This will show as a green tick ✅ on the tracker

Incomplete: The check is incomplete and has not been checked. It will show as a red cross ❌ on your tracker and will be incomplete until the relevant documents have been uploaded and it has been checked.

Action needed: This means that the check needs attention as it may have expired and need updating, e.g. Right to Work checks. This will show as a yellow exclamation mark in the tracker.

Not required: This is when the checks may not be required for a particular role type in your school. It will show as grey ⚪ on your tracker.
