Bulk Uploading Staff to Your SCR

Part 1: Adding your staff information to your SCR

  1. Select which role type you want to upload your staff information to (e.g Agency staff, Governors, Support Staff etc.)
  2. Go to your own SCR on your computer and copy vertically the first column of information
  3. Paste this information on to the Zen Vetting platform.
  4. Continue this with each vetting section on the SCR until you have all the information uploaded.

Part 2:Confirming staff members on your SCR

  1. Once you have all the required information uploaded onto the Zen Vetting platform, click on the button at the top left hand corner that states "Confirm staff members".
  2. This will then bring you to a final check page. On the top right of this page click the "Complete set up"
  3. You will then be brought back to your vetting dashboard. (For information on how to use the vetting dashboard and view your SCR, please the help centre section Maintaining Your Single Central Record (SCR) .

Search a member of staff by name

  1. To search a member of staff by name , click on the box underneath 'Find Staff' and type in the staff member's name.
  2. The staff member you are looking for will then appear in the below SCR tracker.

Search a member of staff by job role

  1. To search for a staff member by their role at the school, click on the arrow underneath 'Job Role'.
  2. A drop down box will appear with all the different job roles you have within your school.
  3. Click on the job role you would like to search
  4. All staff members who are working under that job role will appear in the below SCR tracker
