Completing Vetting Checks for a Staff Member

  1. Click into the relevant section where you want to enter the staff member’s information (e.g., DBS, ID, references, etc.).
  2. Enter the required details for that check.
  3. Add a note if any additional context or explanation is needed.
  4. Record the date checked by ticking the ‘Date of check’ box and selecting the appropriate date.
  5. Enter the full name of the person who completed the check.
  6. Click ‘Record Check’.

Once saved:

  • That section will update from ‘Incomplete’ to ‘Complete’.
  • The staff member will now appear as checked on your Vetting Dashboard and in the progress chart.
