Completing Vetting Checks for a Staff Member
- Click into the relevant section where you want to enter the staff member’s information (e.g., DBS, ID, references, etc.).
- Enter the required details for that check.
- Add a note if any additional context or explanation is needed.
- Record the date checked by ticking the ‘Date of check’ box and selecting the appropriate date.
- Enter the full name of the person who completed the check.
- Click ‘Record Check’.
Once saved:
- That section will update from ‘Incomplete’ to ‘Complete’.
- The staff member will now appear as checked on your Vetting Dashboard and in the progress chart.
