Zen gets thousands of applicants every day. As part of our onboarding, we like to get to know candidates personally and early. But reaching out to everyone quickly is hard. People are busy. Schedules don't align. Calls get missed.

So we built an AI voice agent to help.

How it works

Our AI voice agent speaks with you as soon as you are ready. It is a short, relaxed conversation that feels like talking to someone from our team. It asks questions based on your profile, helps us understand where you are in your job search, and explains what to expect from working with Zen Educate. It also answers common questions about how we work.

After the call, someone from our team reviews the transcript and follows up with you directly. In many cases, that is all we need to qualify someone and offer them roles. If we still have questions, we follow up directly.

It saves time and gets things moving You do not have to wait for a call. You can speak to the AI agent any time — morning, evening, or weekends. This means we can often review your answers and move you forward in a day or two, instead of waiting for someone to become available.

How to take your qualifying call

Available any time, including evenings and weekends.

Select the Phone Interview option in your profile under your vetting steps.

After the call you will receive an email with your next steps, including the documents you will need to upload.
