Login to your Zen App
The Zen Educate app is where everything happens - accepting bookings, managing your calendar, uploading documents, and staying in touch with schools. If you have not downloaded it yet, this is your starting point.
Download the app
The app is available on both iPhone and Android.
Important: Zen Educate is a UK-based service, so the app is only available on UK app stores. If your phone is set to a different country, you may see a message saying the app is not available in your region. This is set by the app stores, not by us - but it is easy to fix.

Log in
Once the app is downloaded, open it and tap Log in.
Enter the email address and password you used when you created your Zen Educate profile. If you signed up on a computer or tablet, those same details will work here.
Forgotten your password?
Tap Forgot your password? on the login screen. We will send a reset link to your email address straight away. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Turn on notifications
Notifications are how you find out about new bookings - so it is worth making sure they are switched on as soon as you log in.
On iPhone:
Open the More tab in the bottom right corner, tap Preferences, then Notifications. Make sure everything is turned on.
On Android:
Open the More tab in the bottom right corner, tap Preferences, then Notifications. Make sure everything is turned on.
You can also check your phone's notification settings to make sure Zen Educate is allowed to send you alerts.
