If you need to update your name, address, email address, or phone number, these changes cannot be made directly in the app - our team will update them for you.

How to request a change

Get in touch through Chat with Zen in the app - go to More → Actions → Chat with Zen and let us know what you would like to update and what the new details should be.

The support team is available Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm.
