Updating Personal Information

If you need to update your name, address, email address, or phone number, these changes cannot be made directly in the app — our team will update them for you.

How to request a change

Message us through the app — go to More, then Actions, then Chat with Zen. Let us know what you would like to update and what the new details should be.

Email us — if you are unable to access the app, email support@zeneducate.com with your full name, the details you would like to change, and the new information.

Support hours

The support team is available Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm. If you contact us outside of these hours, we will get back to you the next working day.
