Upload your Documents
Your compliance documents need to be uploaded before you can be verified and start working. You can do this directly in the app - no need to email anything in.
Where to find it
Tap More in the bottom right corner of the app, then tap Documents.
To upload a document, tap the upload icon in the top right corner of the Documents screen. Select the document type from the list, then either take a photo or upload a file from your phone.
What you might need to upload
The documents required will depend on your role and your individual circumstances. Common examples include:
- DBS Certificate
- Right to Work documents
- Teaching qualification
- Proof of identity
- References
- Health Declarations
Your profile will show you exactly which documents are needed and which have been approved. If you are unsure what is required, your recruiter can help.
A few tips
- Make sure documents are clear and fully in frame before uploading - blurry or cropped images will be rejected
- Some documents have an expiry date so make sure what you upload is current
- Once uploaded, our compliance team will review and update your profile - this usually takes one to two business days
