Where is my Key Info Doc (KID)

Your Key Information Document  or KID is a standardised summary that sets out exactly how your pay works. It is a legal requirement for recruitment agencies to provide this, and yours is available in the app at any time.

What it covers

• Your pay rate - your gross pay rate and how holiday pay is calculated
• Deductions - a clear breakdown of Income Tax, National Insurance, and any umbrella company fees, so you can see what your take-home pay will look like
• How you are paid - whether you are paid through PAYE or via an umbrella company, and what that means for you

It is worth reading before you start your first assignment so there are no surprises when your first payslip arrives.

Where to find it in the app

Tap More in the bottom right corner of the app.

Scroll down to the Information section and tap Key info doc.
