Finding your way around the App

The app has five tabs along the bottom of the screen: Home, Supply, Calendar, Jobs, and More. Here is what each one does.


Home

The Home tab is your starting point when you open the app. It gives you an overview of your activity and any updates from Zen Educate.


Supply

The Supply tab is where your day-to-day supply work lives. It has two views:

Available -  new roles that have come in and are waiting for you to accept. Tap a role to see the details and accept it.

Accepted -  roles you have already accepted and are confirmed for.

Tap Available or Accepted at the top of the screen to switch between the two views.


Calendar

The Calendar tab shows all your confirmed bookings in one place. Each booking appears as a green bar on the date it falls on, showing the school name, your role, the start and finish times, and your daily rate.

Use the Week and Month toggle at the top right to switch views. In week view, the bottom of the screen shows your total booked days and estimated earnings for that week before deductions.

If a booking is not showing in your Calendar, it is not confirmed.


Jobs

The Jobs tab is where longer-term roles are listed. It has three views:

All - open long-term roles available based on your preferences and location. Use the filters at the top to narrow down what you see.

Interested - roles you have expressed interest in. Your Account Manager will review your interest and if they think you are a good match, they will put your CV forward to the school. If you do not hear back, it means you were not put forward for that role.

Trials - any trial days that have been booked. A trial is a day at a school before a long-term placement is confirmed. Trial days also appear in your Calendar.


More

The More tab is where you manage your account, access documents, find training, and get support.
