DBS Refunds
If you paid for your DBS check through Zen Educate, you can claim a refund once you have completed 10 working days with us.
Please note that we can only refund one DBS check per candidate.
How to claim your refund
Once you have worked 10 days, email dbs@zeneducate.com and cc support@zeneducate.com to request your refund. You will need to provide the following:
- Your bank account number (8 digits)
- Your sort code (6 digits)
- Your DBS receipted invoice - this is attached to the payment confirmation email sent by uCheck when you paid for your DBS
Please note that bank statements and DBS certificates are not accepted as proof of payment - it must be the receipted invoice from uCheck.

How long does it take?
DBS refunds can take up to 60 working days from the date your request is submitted for the refund to reach your bank account.
