Setting Up Your Zen Educate Vetting Account

How do I access Vetting as a service? What if I forget my password?

Please log in using the Zen Educate Platform. Please use the email and password you used when signing up to the platform. If you are unable to gain access using your login details please try and reset your password using the reset link

I don't have a Zen school representative account what do I do?

If you need to set up a new school representative account, email us their full name, role title and professional email address using support@zeneducate.com. We will then send a welcome email to the new school representative and this email will guide them to create a password for their new account.

How do I remove a school representative from the Zen Educate platform?

If you would like to remove a school representative from the Zen Educate platform please contact support@zeneducate.com and a member of the team will be able to assist you further.
