Term	Meaning
Not Started	Initial stage where a staff member’s vetting has not begun.
In progress	Stage where some of the staff members' documents are uploaded but there are still aspects of vetting outstanding.
Ready for check	All vetting documents have been uploaded and ready to be checked.
Checked	All vetting is complete and compliant .
Role types	Different stakeholders within your school setting
Vetting	All documents required to ensure your school is compliant .
Details	Section for personal information of the staff member.
Notes	Section to add any additional information you may need to add about a staff member
