Message us through the app

You can message us directly from the Help section in the app. Tap More, then tap Help. Type your question or query and the team will get back to you.

If you are unable to access the app, you can email us at support@zeneducate.com. Include your full name and the details of your query so we can help you as quickly as possible.

Support hours

The UK support team is available Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm. If you contact us outside of these hours, we will get back to you the next working day.
