Logging in and resetting your password

If you are having trouble getting into the app, the most common cause is an incorrect email address or password. Here is how to get back in.


Resetting your password

  1. Open the Zen Educate app and tap Forgot password on the login screen, or go to https://app.zeneducate.com/password-reset in your browser
  2. Enter the email address you registered with and tap Email me a new password link
  3. Check your inbox for an email from Zen Educate with a link to reset your password
  4. Tap the link and follow the steps to set a new password

Important: the reset link is only valid for 2 hours. If it has expired, go back and request a new one.


Not receiving the reset email?

If the email has not arrived, work through these checks in order:

  • Make sure you are entering the email address you originally registered with - if you have multiple email addresses, try a different one
  • Wait 5 to 10 minutes - reset emails can sometimes take a little time to arrive
  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • If you have requested the link more than once, only use the link from the most recent email - older links will not work
  • If it has been more than 2 hours since you requested it, go back and request a new link

Still cannot get in?

If you have worked through all of the above and are still locked out, get in touch with the support team and they will be able to help you access your account.


Logging in for the first time?

If you have just been approved and are trying to log in for the first time, make sure you have verified your email address - you should have received a verification email when you registered. If you did not receive it, check your spam folder or get in touch with the team.
