How to look for work
Finding work in the app
Once you are verified, the app is where all your work comes from. Login to your account here.
There are two types of work available:
- Daily Supply
- Longer-Term Jobs
Each live in a different part of the app.
Daily supply - the Supply tab
Tap Supply in the navigation bar at the bottom of the app.
This is where same-day and upcoming daily supply requests appear. Each request shows the school, the role, and the date.
Tap on a request to see the details before deciding.
- Tap Accept if you want the booking.
- Tap Decline if it does not work for you - you will never be penalised for turning down a request.
You will also see two tabs at the top of the Supply screen:
- Available - requests you have not yet responded to
- Accepted - bookings you have already confirmed
Make sure push notifications are turned on so you hear about new requests straight away. The earlier you accept, the better - daily supply roles fill up fast.
Longer-term roles - the Jobs tab
Tap Jobs in the navigation bar at the bottom of the app.
This is where part-time and full-term placements are listed.
Tap on a role to read the details - school type, location, travel time, and start date are all shown on the listing.
If a role interests you, tap Interested. Your profile will be reviewed by the account manager. If it looks like a good match, they will get in touch to talk through the next steps. Some roles also involve a school interview.
You can also filter jobs to narrow down by location, role type, or other preferences.
Not verified yet?
You need to be verified before you can accept daily supply work. For longer-term roles you can browse and express interest, but verified educators are given priority.

Turn on notifications
Notifications are how you find out about new work. To make sure they are on, tap More in the bottom right corner, then Preferences, then Notifications. Switch everything on.
