Finding work in the app

Once you are verified, the app is where all your work comes from. There are two types of work available - daily supply and longer-term roles and each lives in a different part of the app.

Daily supply - the Supply tab

Tap Supply in the navigation bar at the bottom of the app. This is where same-day and upcoming daily supply requests appear.

Each request shows the school, role, and date. Tap on a request to see the full details, then tap Accept or Decline. You will never be penalised for turning down a request.

Supply roles fill up fast - make sure push notifications are turned on so you hear about new requests straight away. Take a look at our Managing your notifications article to check your settings.

Longer-term roles - the Jobs tab

Tap Jobs in the navigation bar at the bottom of the app. This is where part-time and longer-term placements are listed.

Tap a role to see the details, then tap Interested if it suits you. Your Account Manager will review your profile and be in touch if it looks like a good match.

Not verified yet?

You need to be verified before you can accept daily supply work. For longer-term roles you can browse and express interest, but verified educators are given priority. Take a look at our Getting Started with Zen Educate article if you have not completed verification yet.
